Rebate Guidelines

Renter(s) must meet the guidelines & qualifications to receive the Rebate.  Renters who do not follow the outlined instructions will not qualify for the incentive.

Rebates – The monthly rental amount must be a minimum of $700 (after all concessions) to qualify for a rebate. The management company-apartment community must offer a 50% or higher referral rate.

Rebate checks will be made out to the named individual(s) on the lease and mailed to the new apartment address on file once our company receives compensation from the selected apartment complex/management company.

Renters that owe debt to any apartment community, landlord, management company, or any other rental property will not qualify for the movers. To qualify for time with the movers, the monthly rent must be a minimum of $700 per month after all concessions


The Pad Hunter  is a full-service free apartment locating company owned and operated by Texas licensed real estate agents. The Pad Hunter reserves the right to modify all rebates, qualifications, policies, disclaimers, etc., at any time without notice.

Rebates will only be honored if all of the following terms and disclaimers are met. If the renter is transferring or moving to a related property, and/or moving within the same property – the renter will not qualify for the rebate. If The Pad Hunter does not receive compensation for any reason, the renter will not receive the rebate. Only one rebate will be processed per lease. Only one person can claim the rebate. To claim the rebate the renter must call the offices of The Pad Hunter and/or visit this website to report your apartment rental information. Once submitted, we will verify your apartment rental information with the selected apartment community. If any of these terms and conditions are not followed, the rebate offer will be void.
